Sorting filters

When an incoming call is received, the filters are applied in order from the filter displayed on the top. Therefore, it is necessary to change the order and set the filters so that they are applied appropriately.

_____3. png

Suppose you have created three filters as follows. Incoming calls are first filtered to see if they fall into the day and time range set in filter A. If they do, they are filtered out. If it does, the incoming call rule that you have set is applied, and if it doesn't, it is filtered to see if it matches the day and time range set in filter B. In this way, the filters are applied in the order they appear in the filter list screen. </p

If you have the above settings, incoming calls on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will fall under filter A and filter B, so the incoming call rules set for each will be applied. In this case, even if Monday is a public holiday, incoming calls between 9:00 and 18:59 will be subject to the incoming rules set in filter A. Therefore, we need to change the order of the filters so that filter C, the filter for weekends and holidays, is applied.
