Examples

Example #1: Apply to all cases

To create a rule that applies to all cases (applying all days, days of the week, holidays/weekdays, or all times of the day), save the rule without entering any of the categories except the phone number and incoming call rules.

If the days will overlap the months, create a separate filter for each month.

Sorting filters

When an incoming call is received, the filters are applied in order from the filter displayed on the top. Therefore, it is necessary to change the order so the filters will be applied correctly.

Example: Suppose you have created 3 filters like the below. Incoming calls are first filtered to see if they fall within the days and times set in filter A. If filter A is applied, the incoming call rule you have set will be applied. If filter A is not applied, the call will be filtered to see if they fall within the days and times set in filter B. Like this, the filters are applied in the order displayed on the filter list page.

For the above settings, incoming calls on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will fall under filter A and filter B, so the incoming call rules set for those filters will be applied. However, even if Monday is a national holiday, incoming calls between 9 am and 6:59 pm will be applied to the incoming call rules set in filter A. Therefore, you will need to change the order of the filters for national holidays so that filter C, the filter for weekends and holidays, will be applied first.
