If you hear your own voice during a call, try the following solutions.
Check if the other person is not using a speaker
- If the other person is using a speaker instead of a handset or headset, you may be able to hear your voice through their microphone.
- However, if this problem occurs consecutively, please first contact Support as the problem may be caused by your computer settings or the recording software.
Check if you are not making calls in the same room as the other person
If you are talking in the same room close to each other, the microphone may pick up the sound from the speaker or headset, which sometimes leads to the voice of yourself received from the other person.
