If the other person has told you that he or she cannot hear you or the volume of your voice is too low, please try the following solutions.
Reconnect the headset
Please make sure that your headset is connected correctly. For those using a microphone with a stereo mini-jack connection, please check if the plug is inserted all the way by pushing and rotating the plug.
Check the volume of the microphone
Please check the computer settings.
Check the connection between the headset and the computer
Sound interruptions can be caused by the contact or connection problem between the computer and the headset.
To determine the cause of the problem, disconnect the headset from the computer and test the call using the computer's built-in microphone and speakers.
If there may be a problem with your network environment, please also try the solutions in "Reduce network congestion" or "Reduce the load on your computer".
Check the other person's phone
Play the audio of Call History in MiiTel Analytics and check if the call was recorded. If you didn't find any issues from the recording, the other person might not have been able to hear you because the volume on their phone is too low, there are problems with their speakers or headphones, or their phone itself is broken.
Try with the settings to force the use of TCP port 443
If you are still experiencing problems after trying all of the above, it is possible that voice communication is not functioning well on your network. For this case, you can set it to force MiiTel Phone to use TCP port 443.
Before using this feature, please first contact us and inform the problem you are experiencing. We would also like to check your user environment and guide you through the setup procedures. Our support team will be happy to help you to solve the issue.
