Calling party cannot hear you or your voice reaches a low volume

If you are told that the person you are calling cannot hear you, or that your voice is too quiet to be heard, please try each of the following remedies.

Please make sure that your headset is connected correctly. If you are using a microphone with a stereo mini jack connection, please check that the plug is inserted all the way in by pushing and rotating the plug.

Checking the microphone volume.

Please check your settings in the settings screen below.

Check if there is a problem with the connection between the headset and the computer

Sound loss may occur due to contact or connection between the computer and the headset.

To determine the cause of the problem, please follow the chart below to disconnect the headset and test the call with the computer's built-in microphone and speakers.

If there may be a problem with your network environment, you can use the "Network is busy" and "The computer is overloaded.

Check if there is a problem with the phone on the other end

Play the call in MiiTel Analytics' History and make sure your voice is recorded. Make sure your voice is recorded. If there is no problem with the call recording, the caller may not be able to reach you because the volume on their phone is set too low, there is a problem with the speakers/headphones connected to the phone, or the phone is broken.

Try extending voice communication

If the problem persists after trying each of the above remedies, it is possible that the voice communication is not communicating smoothly on your network. If this is the case, you can extend the voice communication in the MiiTel Phone settings.
