If you are experiencing unexpected noise during a call, please try each of the following solutions.
Use recommended USB-connection type headset
Earphone microphones tend to pick up surrounding noise. To solve this problem, we recommend customers use USB-connection type headsets. We recommend customers use USB-connection-type headsets.
Make sure you are not using your computer's built-in microphone
Please check if the audio input device is set up correctly in your computer settings.
From the Start menu, click Settings (the wheel icon).
Click System.
Click Sound > Input and please make sure your device is set up correctly.
NOTE
If the above settings have been properly configured, but there is no improvement in the audio, please contact Support and inform the following information by clicking located on the bottom right corner of the screen. 1. If you have a call history with noise disturbance, please enter the URL of the call history (Check Call History from MiiTel Analytics to find the URL).
From System Preferences, double-click Sound.
Click Input.
Check if the headset you want to use is selected in Select a device for sound input.
Check if there is a response in Input Level.
NOTE
If the above settings have been properly configured, but there is no improvement in the audio, please contact Support and inform the following information by clicking located on the bottom right corner of the screen.

Name of manufacturer and product number of your headset
If you have a call history with noise disturbance, please enter the URL of the call history (Check Call History from MiiTel Analytics to find the URL).
Check the power of the router
Unplug the power of your router and then try to reconnect.
If you are connecting the router to the power strip or other similar tools, the router may not have enough power to operate, and the functions may become unstable. Please try connecting the router directly to the power outlet.
