Check and edit the prefix number of each phone number

If you are using more than one phone number, you can switch the phone number used for outgoing calls when you make an outgoing call. You can also switch easily by using a prefix number for outgoing calls. This is used to temporarily perform work for other departments or to use different phone numbers for outgoing calls depending on the nature of the work.



Check the line settings for each phone number

  1. In MiiTel Analytics [Settings] __________2019-10-01_18.33.51.png.
  2. Click Line Settings.

You can check the status of your settings in the following screen.


1. The phone number currently being used by your organization

2. the number that identifies each phone number

3. The name of each phone number as it appears on the MiiTel Phone incoming call screen and in the Caller ID list
(by default, the name appears as "03xxxxxxxx line" or blank)

How to change prefix number and line name

  1. In MiiTel Analytics [Settings] __________2019-10-01_18.33.51.png.
  2. Click Line Settings.
  3. Click the Edit button for the phone number you want to change.


  1. Edit each item as appropriate and click the "Save" button.


  • Prefix number must be a non-duplicate 3 - 5 digit number.
  • The prefix number and line name are required fields.
