Change Password / Unlock

In this section, we will show you how to set a new password if a user forgets his or her password. We'll also show you how to unlock your account if you've logged in multiple times with incorrect login information and are locked out.

Change Password

  2. Click User Management.
  3. Click the Edit button for the user whose password needs to be changed, and then click Change Password.

  1. Enter your new password and click the Save button.

  • Set a password of at least 8 characters.
  • Special characters cannot be used in the password.
  • You cannot create a password with only consecutive letters or numbers.
  • If a user wants to change their own password, they can use the "Change Password" to change it.

Unlock the lock

If you make a mistake with your password more than once in a row, you will get an error message saying "Your account is temporarily locked because of multiple failed login attempts. If you are an administrator, you can unlock your password in the following way.

  2. Click User Management.
  3. Click the Edit button for the user whose password needs to be changed, and then click Unlock.
