Receiving and making calls with MiiTel
Make calls from your computer or smartphone. The interface is simple and easy to understand, and you don't need to prepare a phone separately. MiiTel's click to call feature allows you to make outgoing calls with a single click, and the incoming call pop-up feature automatically displays customer information when you receive a call. These features can make your calls faster and easier than conventional landline phones.
All MiiTel calls are recorded and archived
All calls are recorded and can be stored for a certain period of time (depending on your subscription plan). The recorded calls can be played back at any time for compliance, educational, information sharing purposes. You can access MiiTel Analytics in your browser (Google Chrome is recommended) and use the recorded audio/analysis data for various purposes.

Analyzing the calls with MiiTel
MiiTel not only plays back audio recordings, but also quantifies and scores the number of silences/interruptions, talk speed, and talk:listen ratio. The rules of the score can be customized.
Extraction of words from the call
Currently, this feature is only available in Japanese.
If you register keywords in advance, artificial intelligence will pick them up and visualize (1) the time and (2) the speaker (user or client). This can be used to analyze which words lead to better results and seek what the customer wants from the call.
Call transcription and summary text feature
(Currently only available in Japanese: we can build a transcription engine for each language with approximately 3,000hrs of calls theoretically)
Transcribe the conversation of the call by using the voice recognition engine. It can also create a summary of the most important conversations.
