System requirements for MiiTel Phone Desktop

Recommended OS: Windows 10 (64-bit) * 32-bit version is not supported.
Memory: 4 GB or more (8 GB or more recommended)
CPU: Dual-core 1 GHz or more (Dual-core 2 GHz or more recommended)
< macOS >
Recommended OS: macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) or later
Memory: 4 GB or more (8 GB or more recommended)
CPU: Dual-core 1 GHz or more (Dual-core 2 GHz or more recommended)
Step 1: Get the installer from MiiTel Analytics
You can download the MiiTel Phone Desktop Installer from MiiTel Analytics. Therefore, you will first need to log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Go to MiiTel Analytics login URL (https://<Company ID>.miitel.jp/).
NOTE
- If you are unsure of your login URL, please check with Support or your sales representative.
- Click on Username in the upper right corner of MiiTel Analytics screen.
- Click Download MiiTel Phone Desktop.
- Download the Installer for the computer OS you wish to use MiiTel, as shown on the screen below.
Step 2: Install MiiTel Phone
Install MiiTel Phone on your computer from the Installer.
Step 3: Launch MiiTel Phone Desktop and log in
Launch the installed MiiTel Phone Desktop and log in.
How to uninstall MiiTel Desktop
You can remove the installed application by following the steps from the pages below.
