If you register the customer information to Contacts in MiiTel Analytics, company name and other information will be displayed on MiiTel Phone when you receive a call and to your call history.
You can also use a CSV file exported from spreadsheet software or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to register your clients' company names and contacts in Contacts.

- Log in to MiiTel Analytics.

> Create a contact.
- Fill in the necessary information in Create a contact form.
1Account name (required field): Enter the name of the organization (Name of company, department, group, etc.)
2Contact person name (required field): Enter the name of the person of the phone number to be registered.
3Phone number (required field): Enter the phone number to be registered.
4Account category: Click + Add category and set the category of the contact to be registered. You can set up multiple categories.
- Click Save.
Importing a CSV file will allow you to add multiple contacts at once to your contact data in MiiTel Analytics.
- Log in to MiiTel Analytics
- Click Contacts
> Import.

Click Choose File in Import contacts from file and set the CSV file you wish to import.
- Select the character code (Encoding) of the CSV file to be imported.
- Set the Delimiter used in the CSV file to import.
The CSV file should be configured as the following (in comma-separated format).

Account name1,Contact person name1,Phone number1,Category1-1|Category1-2
Account name2,Contact person name2,Phone number2,Category2
Account name3,Contact person name3,Phone number3,

Example
- If the phone number is already in your contacts, the data will be overwritten.
- Since the contact information is imported from the first row, please enter the contact information from the first row without including the header row.
- To enter multiple categories, separate each category name with the "|" symbol.
- Do not use double quotation marks (") or single quotation marks (').
- The maximum size that can be uploaded with one file is approximately 2 MB or 10,000 rows.
- The maximum number of contacts that can be registered is 500,000 per organization.
- Phone numbers can be uploaded with or without hyphens, but we recommend customers to use hyphens (string type), because some spreadsheet software may lose the 0 digits for phone numbers starting with 0.
- Please enter one contact per row.
When you make a call to an unregistered phone number or receive a call from an unregistered phone number, Unknown company or Unknown contact will be displayed in the Call History. If you know the company name or the name of the contact person, we recommend you register the information by the following instructions. When you receive a call from the same company or same person, the name of the company or person will be displayed for the next call.
- Click the contact information you wish to add from the history list in Call History

- Click Account name unregistered or Contact person name unregistered that displays in blue color on the screen.
- Fill the Account name unregistered or Contact person name unregistered with the correct information and click Save.
