Refine your search
You can narrow down your call history by display period, call type, or response memo. You can also search by user name, destination, source phone number, client company name, client contact name, and comment field content using a free word search.
You can download calls that serve as a model for other employees and save them for training new employees.
Click on the [Operation] button for the history you want to download, and then click [Download Audio] to download the audio file in m4a format.
Exclude specific response history from dashboard aggregate results
Interaction history that you do not want to include in the aggregate results of dashboard such as operation check and internal role-playing can be excluded from the aggregate results.
There are two ways to set the exclusion.

Check the checkbox of the response history you want to exclude from the aggregate results.
Click "Do not include in dashboard aggregate results" from the "Actions" button. .
Click the "Actions" button for the history you want to exclude.
Check the "Do not include in dashboard aggregate results" checkbox.
Click the [Operation] button of the response history that you want to include in the dashboard summary result again.
Uncheck the [Do not include in dashboard aggregate results] checkbox.
Switch between list view and flow view
You can switch between the list view and the flow view in the response history list. In the list view, you can check each history. flow view, you can see which incoming actions took place before the call was received, and which users or groups answered the call.
The flow view
allows you to see the sequence of an incoming call or call transfer, including which actions were taken before the call was received and which users or groups answered.
You can switch between the two by clicking the button in the upper right corner of the screen.
