MiiTel Phone is not running
To receive notifications, you must have at least one of MiiTel Phone (MiiTel Phone for Salesforce, MiiTel Phone Chrome Extension, and MiiTel Phone Desktop) logged in and activated. The browser tab does not have to be displayed in front of the screen, but the MiiTel Phone must be running and be ready to receive calls.
- For MiiTel Phone Chrome Extension, Google Chrome needs to be open to receive notifications. Also, you will have to activate MiiTel Phone by clicking the MiiTel icon, which is displayed in the upper right corner of Google Chrome.
Blocking notifications from computer settings (If you are using MiiTel Phone Desktop)
Phone is set to not accept incoming calls
In MiiTel Phone, there is an optional setting to disable incoming calls. If this setting is turned on, you will not receive both incoming call notifications and incoming calls, so please check your settings.
The maximum number of notifications has been reached
In Windows, if you receive unread notifications consecutively, sometimes you may not receive any new notifications from that point. For this case, you can check your notifications and clear all of the unread notifications so you can receive new notifications.
