When you receive an incoming call to MiiTel, a notification will appear in the upper right or lower right corner of your computer screen to notify you of the call. If you do not see this notification, the following may be the cause of the problem. Please read the details below.
Google Chrome is blocking notifications or the notification is not set up
If you are using one of the following types of MiiTel Phone, you may have blocked notifications for MiiTel in Google Chrome. Please try the following steps to check and change your settings.
1 Login to MiiTel Analytics or MiiTel Phone and click the lock icon .
2 Click Notifications toggle to turn it on.
3 Click X.
4 Click Reload.
MiiTel Phone is not running

To receive notifications, you must have at least one of MiiTel Phone (MiiTel Phone for Salesforce, MiiTel Phone Chrome Extension, MiiTel Phone Desktop, and MiiTel Phone Web) logged in and activated. The browser tab does not have to be displayed in front of the screen, but the MiiTel Phone must be running and be ready to receive calls.
- For MiiTel Phone Chrome Extension, Google Chrome needs to be open to receive notifications. Also, you will have to activate MiiTel Phone by clicking the MiiTel icon, which is displayed in the upper right corner of Google Chrome.
Blocking notifications from computer settings (If you are using MiiTel Phone Desktop)
MiiTel Phone is set to "Outgoing calls only"
In MiiTel Phone, there is an optional setting to disable incoming calls. If this setting is turned on, you will not receive both incoming call notifications and incoming calls, so please check your settings.
The maximum number of notifications has been reached
In Windows, if you receive unread notifications consecutively, sometimes you may not receive any new notifications from that point. For this case, you can check your notifications and clear all of the unread notifications so you can receive new notifications.
