How to create and edit groups and register users

MiiTel takes incoming calls in groups. Please be sure to register the user to receive incoming calls in the appropriate group.

Creating a Group

  1. In MiiTel Analytics [Settings] __________2019-10-01_18.33.51.png.
  2. Click Group Management, and then click +Create New Group.

  1. [Group name] is the name of the group you want to create.
  2. Enter a 3-9 digit number that identifies the group to be created in the "Group Number" field.

  4. Click the "Save" button after setting.

  • The following special characters cannot be used in group names. ^ , \ " )
  • In order to receive incoming calls in the group you created, you need to set up an incoming call rule. For more information, please see Incoming Call Rules Management.

Register a user to a group

  1. In MiiTel Analytics [Settings]__________2019-10-01_18.33.51.png.
  2. Click on Group Management.
  3. Click the Edit button next to the name of the group you want to add users to, and then click Add Users to Group.

  1. Check the checkboxes for the users you want to add and click the Save button.

Edit Group.

  1. In MiiTel Analytics [settings]__________2019-10-01_18.33.51.png.
  2. Click on Group Management.
  3. Click the Edit button for the group you want to edit, then click Edit.

  1. Click the "Save" button after editing in "Edit Group Info".

Deleting a Group

  1. In MiiTel Analytics [settings]__________2019-10-01_18.33.51.png.
  2. Click on Group Management.
  3. Click the "Edit" button for the group you want to edit, and then click the "Delete" button.

If the deleted group is set to an incoming rule, the action with the corresponding group set will be empty.
