You can enforce the use of TCP to solve the voice quality problems.

  IMPORTANT

  •   Before using this feature, please first contact us and report the issue you are experiencing. If you have been advised to use this feature, please set it up by following the steps below.
  •   This setting is available on MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS v3.1.4 or later.
  1. Tap cog-solid (1).svg Settings.
  2. Turn on Enforce use of TCP port 443.
