Enabling this setting will allow the user to receive internal calls and transferred calls from other MiiTel users even if the status is not set as Available.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- Only users with administrative privileges can change the settings.
Enable Incoming call settings for internal calls
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Settings > Softphone Settings.
- Check Enable.
- Click Save.
IMPORTANT
- After you change the settings, reload the MiiTel Phone.
