From May 10, 2024, we will change the conditions of the CSV file used to create contacts.

Details

We will change the conditions of the CSV file used to create contacts.

The following changes will be made.

Before:

  • No header line.
  • Columns A and B can both be blank.
  • You can have duplicates in the phone number column.

After:

  • Include a header line.
    • Your CSV file must include the following headers, in each column:
      • Column A: Account name
      • Column B: Contact person name
      • Column C: Phone number
      • Column D: Account category
  • Either column A or column B must have something entered.
  • You will experience an error if there are duplicates in the phone number column.
