MiiTel Phone and the real-time monitor (MiiTel Call Center) have several default statuses. Statuses indicating that the user is away from their phone are available.
Also, you can hide away statuses depending on your work style.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- Your account must have administrative privileges to change the setting.
Create a status
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Settings > Status settings.
- Click Add item.
- Enter the Status Name and Description to create the status.
- Click Save.
NOTE
- You can create up to 100 statuses (including the default statuses).
- You can enter the Status name up to 50 characters.
- You can enter the Description up to 2048 characters.

When creating a report in MiiTel Call Center, the report will only collect the data of statuses used during the period. (The following default statuses will be included in the report, depending on whether they were used or not.)

Change the display order of statuses
You can change the order of statuses displayed on the MiiTel Phone and real-time monitor (MiiTel Call Center).
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Settings > Status settings.
- Click and drag the status.
- Click Save.
Show or hide a status
You can hide statuses.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Settings > Status settings.
- Uncheck the statuses you want to hide.
- Click Save.
Delete a status
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Settings > Status settings.
- Click for the status you want to delete.
- Click Save.
IMPORTANT

The following default statuses cannot be deleted.
