You can create multiple new users at once by uploading the CSV file with user details. We recommend you use this feature if you want to add multiple users with the same permission settings.

Prepare a CSV file
First, you must prepare a CSV file with user details. We recommend using the template below.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List.
- Click Add new user > Add multiple users.
- Set the following items.
1Encoding: Select the character encoding of the CSV file.
2Number of rows: Set the number of rows as the same number of new users.
- Click Create & download.
- Fill in the user details and save the CSV file. Check the table below for the values you will enter for each item.

Import the CSV file
Import the CSV file and add new users.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List.
- Click Add new user > Add multiple users.
- Click Select a file.
- Select the CSV file to upload.
- Click Upload.
- Click Add multiple users.
NOTE
- It may take a few minutes for new users to be added.
- Added users can also be checked in the audit log.
- You can add up to 100 users with one CSV file.
IMPORTANT
- You cannot change (overwrite) user details for an existing user with the CSV file. To edit user details, check Edit user details.

If the error message "Some data cannot be added to the template. Check the guidelines for creating the CSV. Edit and reupload the CSV." is displayed, check the following with the displayed line number.
- A login ID that is already in use is entered in the "Login ID" column.
- The number of users reached the limit (in accordance with your contract).
- The number of users that can use MiiTel Phone, MiiTel Phone Mobile, etc, has reached the limit.
- If the cause of the error is indicated in the message, check the part of the CSV file that leads to the error. Try editing the details and upload the file again.
