On April 23, 2024, we will make some changes to MiiTel Phone's post-call screen. This update will improve the convenience of post-call tasks.

Post-call screen: All

You will know the post-call tasks by checking the top of the screen.
- If you click Next or a different step on the top of the screen, you can go to the next step.
- For the steps you have completed, the number icon will change to a checkmark.

You can click Speech recognition results to check the real-time speech recognition results generated after the end of the call.
- On the screen during the phone call, the results will be displayed on the Speech recognition tab.
Post-call screen: Call memo steps
If entering a call memo is optional:

If you have not entered a call memo or comment:
- You can click Close to close the screen.

If you have entered a call memo or comment:
- You can click Save & Close to save what you have entered and close the screen.
If entering a call memo is required:
- The required fields will be displayed with *.
- You must first check a call memo to click Save & Close or the icon on the top-right.
- After you check the call memo and click the icon on the top-right, a confirmation message will be displayed.

If you are using MiiTel Phone Web or MiiTel Phone Chrome Extension, a warning message will be displayed for the following cases.
- If you try to reload or close MiiTel Phone without checking a call memo.
- If you try to reload or close MiiTel Phone without clicking Save & Close after checking a call memo.
- If you try to reload or close MiiTel Phone without clicking Next or ② Comment after checking a call memo.
A call memo will be saved after the following:
- When you click Next.
- When you click a different step.
- When you click Save & Close.
Post-call screen: Comment steps
Even if you have not entered a comment during the call, you can still enter a comment after the end of the call.
- If you click Next on the Call memo step or ② Comment, you can go to the Comment step.
- If you click Back or ① Call memo, you can go back to the Call memo step.
A comment will be saved after the following:
- When you click Back.
- When you click a different step.
- When you click Save & Close.
Post-call screen: Related to steps (only for customers using MiiTel Phone for Salesforce)
Customers using MiiTel Phone for Salesforce will have a ③ Related to step displayed.
A record related to the phone call will be saved after the following:
- When you click Back.
- When you click a different step.
- When you click Save & Close.
Calling screen
The following changes will be made to the calling screen.
- The tab names will be displayed at the top of the screen.
- Save will be displayed at the bottom right.
