Announcement: Histories of internal calls will no longer be created (Salesforce and HubSpot)

From February 29, 2024, we'll change the specifications for the following third party integration features. With this update, histories of internal calls will no longer be created.

Before:

Salesforce activity histories or HubSpot activities were created for internal calls.

After:

Salesforce activities or HubSpot activities will not be created for internal calls.

(Same specifications before the updates were made on January 11, 2024.)

Reason

On January 11, 2024, we changed the specifications of these features.

With this update, histories were also created for internal calls.

After receiving customer feedback and checking the usage situation, we decided to change the specifications so that histories will no longer be created for internal calls.
