You can use MiiTel RecPod to record the conversation and upload the recording to MiiTel Analytics. You can check the analysis results of the conversation in Video Analytics.

Record the meeting and upload the recording to MiiTel Analytics

1. Log in to MiiTel RecPod.
2. Tap Recorder.

1. After you tap Record, the recording will start.
   (When the confirmation screen is displayed, which asks for permission to access the microphone, allow access.)

1. To pause the recording, tap Pause. To restart the recording, tap Resume.

1. After the meeting ends, tap Stop & Save to stop and save the recording.

1. All recordings are saved in List.

1. Tap the recording you want to upload to MiiTel Analytics.

1. Tap Upload to MiiTel Analytics.

1. Enter the details in each field and tap Upload.

1Meeting Title: Enter the title of the meeting. (This name will be displayed in Video Analytics.)

2Start Datetime: Set the date and time of the meeting. (The date and time will be displayed in Video Analytics.)

3Participants: Select the MiiTel users who have participated in the meeting.

4Number of participants: Enter the total number of participants.

If there were guests in the meeting, their user name would be displayed as the image below (depending on the number of participants set in Number of participants). MiiTel user names set in Participants will also be displayed in the selection list, so you can set who has spoken at each part of the meeting.

5Using audio that separates speakers in stereo channels (L/R):

Check here if you have used the recommended microphone and the total number of participants was two members.

1. After the recording is uploaded, the icon will be displayed next to the uploaded recording.

You can check the meeting analysis results in Video Analytics. Recordings that were uploaded with MiiTel RecPod will have the following icon displayed.

Delete the recording

1. Log in to MiiTel RecPod.
2. Tap List.

1. Tap the recording you want to delete.

1. Tap located at the top right of the screen. Before you delete the recording, you can tap the Play button at the bottom of the screen to play the recording.

1. "Are you sure you want to delete?" message will be displayed. Tap Delete.
