The Total number of calls column on the Dashboard's Table is now fixed.
When customizing the display fields, the Total number of calls will always be checked. This update will allow users to compare data easily since the total number of calls is the denominator of all data.
For example, you can understand the following for the number of minutes:
- Many calls, but most of them are No answer.
- The call duration for most calls is between three to five minutes, but the number of calls is low.
