• All customers using Microsoft Teams integration.
• All customers using Google Meet integration.

Details

• During the maintenance period, you cannot record meetings in the following ways.
  • Record a Zoom meeting with the Video bot
  • Record a Microsoft Teams meeting with Microsoft Teams integration.
  • Record a Google Meet meeting with Google Meet integration.

How to record a meeting during the maintenance period

During this period, record the meetings by using the features of your online meeting service. After the meeting ends, upload the recording to MiiTel Analytics.

Please check the following pages for instructions on how to download and upload the recording.

(The recording feature may not be available depending on your online meeting service subscription.)
