From December 21, 2023, activity history can now be created even if there are no HubSpot records related to the call history. With this update, HubSpot activity history will also be created for missed calls.
Examples of Hubspot activity that can be created from this update:
- History of an incoming call with a new customer that is not related to a Hubspot record at the time of the call.
- History of a missed call from a new customer that is not related to a Hubspot record.
- History of an outgoing call with a new customer that is not related to a Hubspot record.

Details
Before:
If there are no Hubspot records related to the call history, a Hubspot activity will not be created.
After:
Even if there are no Hubspot records related to the call history, a Hubspot activity will be created. (For this case, the Hubspot activity will not be related to any record.)
NOTE
- For call histories with related Hubspot records, a Hubspot activity will be created with the current specifications.
