You can create an audio file from text to be played during a voicemail, queue, and outgoing calls.

IMPORTANT
- Currently, you can only create Japanese audio files.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Click
Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Incoming > Sound.
- Click Add new sound > Create audio file from text.
- Set the following fields.
1Filename: Enter the name of the audio file.
2Text for speech synthesis: Enter the text to be generated as an audio file. (After entering the text, click Play to check the audio.)
3Custom settings: Adjust the speech tone and volume of the audio file.
- Click Save.
NOTE
- For words that are difficult to speak (e.g., company name, product name, etc.), register the words to the user dictionary for speech recognition.
- Spaces and punctuation marks can be spoken as a pause.
