Activate or deactivate users

You can deactivate users who are temporarily away from phone call activities due to organizational changes or other reasons. Deactivated users will not have access to all MiiTel services and will not be included in the list of available users.

Deactivate the user

  1. Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
  2. Click cog-solid Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
  3. Click User > User List.
  4. Click  ellipsis-v-light (1).svg  on the user you want to deactivate > Deactivate.

  1. Click Save.

  NOTE

  •  You can also uncheck Activate user to deactivate the user. (Click  ellipsis-v-light (1).svg  on the user you want to deactivate > Edit)

Activate the user

  1. Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
  2. Click cog-solid Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.

  3. Click User > User List.
  4. Click  ellipsis-v-light (1).svg  on the user you want to activate > Activate.

  1. Click Save.

  •   You can also check Activate user to activate the user. Click  ellipsis-v-light (1).svg  on the user you want to activate > Edit)

Difference between deactivated users and activated users (Q&A chart)

The difference between deactivated and activated users for MiiTel services is the following.

MiiTel Admin

Can this user log in to MiiTel Admin? No Yes
Will this user be included in the list of available users? No Yes
Will this user keep their phone number? Yes Yes
Will this user still be included in the user group? Yes Yes

  IMPORTANT

  •   If you have an incoming call rule with the Call specific user action, check if the deactivated user is not set as the specific user. If a deactivated user is set for this rule, you will not be able to receive phone calls.

MiiTel Analytics
