On November 9, 2023, we are planning to release MiiTel Meeting's external sharing link feature.

With this, you can share the meeting histories with people outside your organization. 

Only users with administrative privileges can set whether to share the meeting histories with people outside the organization. The settings can be changed from MiiTel Admin.

After we make a release, please note this feature will first be set as enabled. Therefore, if you want to disable this feature, we would appreciate it if you could change the settings by yourselves.

What you can do

• You can now generate an external sharing link from the meeting history screen.

• With this feature, people other than MiiTel users can check the recording of a meeting and the speech recognition results.
