Announcement: Outgoing call settings for Salesforce activity integration will no longer be available

From October 3, 2024, Outgoing call settings for Salesforce activity history integration will no longer be available.

 

If you are not enabling the Outgoing call settings:

After this setting becomes unavailable and you do a click to call on an object that has the activities enabled, MiiTel will create an activity history on the record, which you have done the click to call.

Details

  • Outgoing call settings for Salesforce activity history will no longer be available.

  • If you are not enabling the Outgoing call settings, the specifications will change as the following.

Now:

If you do a click to call from the following objects, MiiTel will create an activity history on the record, which you have done a click to call. 

  • Contact
  • Account
  • Lead

 

After: 

If you do a click to call on an object that has the activities enabled, MiiTel will create an activity history on the record, which you have done the click to call.
