As we made an announcement a couple months ago, to provide stable services to our customers, we will change the specifications for the automatic logout. Starting from November 2, 2023, if 30 days have passed since you last logged in, you will be automatically logged out of the service.

After the automatic logout, you will not be able to receive calls on MiiTel Phone or check the data on MiiTel Call Center until you log in again to these services. Also, before the automatic logout, you will see a notification on MiiTel Phone or MiiTel Call Center. If you see this notification, please log out and log in again to continue using the service.
