You can create a view in which you can customize the user, phone number, and other items displayed on the real-time monitor. If you create different views for teams and circuits, you can check the user's activity status and the circuit's current situation easily.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- To use this feature, you would need to subscribe to a separate contract. For more details, please contact your sales representative or customer success.
- Only users who have permission to use MiiTel Call Center's dashboard can check the real-time monitor.
Create a new view
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Call Center.
- Click Change view > + Create view.
- Enter the name of the view.
- You can customize the details that will be displayed in the view from the following menus.
- Circuit list
- Display fields for the circuit list
- User list
- Display fields for the user list
- Click Save.
NOTE
- Each user can create up to 10 views.
Edit a view
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Call Center.
- Click Change view.
- Cilck for the view you want to edit > click Edit.
- After you edit the view, click Save.
IMPORTANT
- You can only edit the views that you created.
Duplicate a view
You can create a new view with the same details as the existing view. You can also duplicate a view created by other users.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Call Center.
- Click Change view.
- Click for the view you want to duplicate > click Duplicate.
- If necessary, change the settings of the view.
- Click Save.
Share a view
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Call Center.
- Click Change view.
- Click for the view you want to share > click Share.
- Click Copy to clipboard.
- You can send the copied URL by email or chat to share the view with other users.
Delete a view
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Call Center.
- Click Change view.
- Click for the view you want to delete > click Delete.
- Click Delete on the confirmation screen.
IMPORTANT
- Only users who have administrative privileges for MiiTel Call Center can delete views created by other users.
