From the Funnel (beta) in the dashboard, you can check your and your team member's KPI.
If you register the KPI for phone calls in a call memo, you can check the number of call histories with that call memo, the ratio of outgoing and incoming calls compared to the total number of phone activities, etc.

Set the conditions
1Call type: Set one of the following call types.
- Outgoing call, Outgoing call (No answer)
- Incoming call
- Outgoing call, Outgoing call (No answer), Incoming call
2Team members: Select up to 10 team members you want to include in the funnel. (You will be included by default.)
3KPI (call memo): Set the call memo you want to use as KPI.
4Period: Set Today or the period for the funnel. (If you set Today, the average results of the past 30 days will also be displayed.)
NOTE
- After you set the conditions, the conditions will be saved even after you log out of MiiTel Analytics.

Count (compared to past average) / Total
1Past average: Average value (30 days) of each data. (Only displayed if you set Today for the conditions.)
2Total number of calls: Total number of phone activities based on the selected call type.
3Number of answered calls: The number of calls connected to the customer.
4Number of answered calls (more than x min): The number of calls that connected to the customer and lasted more than the number of minutes you set in the conditions.
5Number of KPI (call memo): Out of the Number of answered calls (more than x min), the number of call histories with the registered call memo set for the KPI (call memo).
Conversion rate
1Past average: Average value (30 days) of each data. (Only displayed if you set Today for the conditions.)
2Call rate: The percentage of phone activities based on the total number of calls (as 100%).
3Ratio of answered calls: The percentage of calls connected to the customer.
4Ratio of answered calls (more than x min): The percentage of calls that connected to the customer and lasted more than the number of minutes you set in the conditions.
5 KPI (Call memo) setting rate: Out of the Total number of calls, the ratio of call histories with the registered call memo set for the KPI (call memo).
Check the call history and dashboard
After you click Check the data for this member, you can check the selected member's overall data.
After you click Call history or located next to the user, you can check the user's call history.
