If you integrate MiiTel Meetings with Microsoft Outlook Calendar, you can automatically invite the MiiTel Bot (this Bot will do the recording) to join the Microsoft Teams meeting.

Permissions or subscriptions required
- In order to use this feature, you would need to subscribe to MiiTel Meetings. For more details, please contact your sales representative or customer success.
- Only users with permission to use MiiTel Meetings and Bot can use this feature.
Set up the Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click the user name located at the top right.
- Click Personal Settings.
- Click Microsoft Outlook Calendar Integration.
- Click Connect Microsoft Outlook Calendar and MiiTel.
- A new window or tab will open.
- If you see the dialogue, click Accept.
- If you see "Your calendar has been connected successfully. You may close this window.", close the tab or window and open the tab displaying MiiTel Analytics.
- You will see the message "Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration is successfully installed."
IMPORTANT
- If you create a calendar 20 minutes before the meeting starts, the MiiTel Bot may not automatically enter the meeting. For this case, invite the MiiTel bot to enter the meeting by following the instructions in Teams integration.
Disable the Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click the user name located at the top right.
- Click Personal Settings.
- Click Disconnect Microsoft Outlook Calendar from MiiTel.
- You will see the message "Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration is successfully uninstalled."
