Disable password authentication

You can disable password authentication if you have set the single sign-on (SSO) for MiiTel. After you disable it, the login ID and password fields on the login screen will be hidden.

  NOTE

  •  This setting is only available to customers enabling the single sign-on (SSO). For details on how to set the SSO, check Set up the single sign-on (SSO).

Disable password authentication

  1. Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics with the admin user.
  2. Click cog-solid__1_.svg Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
  3. Click Security > IdP settings.
  4. Check the box next to Disable password authentication.

  1. Click Save.
