You can set your hold music or an audio message.
Change hold music
IMPORTANT
- You would first need to upload the audio file in MiiTel Admin before setting the audio file for this feature. If you have not yet uploaded the file, please check Uploading an audio file to MiiTel.
- https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics with the admin user.
- Click
Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Settings > Audio Settings.
- On Sound settings (call on hold), select the audio file.
- Click Save.
NOTE
- The set audio file will be reflected in all circuit numbers.

After you change the hold music, reload your MiiTel Phone by pressing the following keys.
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Command + R
