With this update, all customers' integration with Zoom may be disconnected. Therefore, if the integration gets disconnected from February 18, 2023, we'd like to ask you to reintegrate MiiTel with Zoom.

What do I need to do?
After 08:00 am (JST) on February 18, 2023 (Sat), we'd like you to check if the integration is disconnected. Please follow the steps below.
- Log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Personal Settings.
- Check if the Zoom account (used for the integration) is displayed.
If the integration is disconnected, please reintegrate MiiTel with Zoom. For details, please check How to set up MiiTel for Zoom.
