  • We changed the layout of the header menu for MiiTel Analytics. (The display format of Personal settings and Language and Timezone has been changed.)
  • In the full-text search results for MiiTel Analytics, the searched words spoken by the user will be highlighted in blue, and words spoken by the customer will be highlighted in red. 
  • You can now copy the real-time speech recognition results to the clipboard.
  • After you finish a call with MiiTel Phone with Lightning Experience, you can now select the record of the optional object as the related details of Salesforce's activity history, which will be registered on Salesforce. For details, check On MiiTel Phone for Salesforce, you can select the related party at the end of the call.

  • You can now upload the mono audio file to Incoming Webhook.
  • For the Phone number field in the dashboard's filtering conditions, the phone number list used for MiiTel is now displayed.

  • For Zoom meetings created by clicking the Create a Zoom meeting button on Salesforce, the Zoom meeting's passcode can now automatically be created.

  • On MiiTel Call Center's real-time monitor, we have added a summary where you can check the latest updates in the number of calls, queues, etc. For details, check Summary (MiiTel Call Center).

  • We have added the following fields to the email notification settings
    •  More details to include in the email notification:
      • Include the speech recognition results (summary): When Speech recognition finished (call) or Speech recognition finished (video) is checked, the summary of the speech recognition results is included in the email with the call history or meeting history details.
      • Include the speech summarization: When Speech summarization finished (call) or Speech summarization finished (video) is checked, the meeting minutes are included in the email with the call history or meeting history details.
    • To set when to receive the notification:
      • Speech recognition finished (video): When the speech recognition of the meeting history is finished.
      • Speech summarization finished (video): When the meeting history's meeting minutes are created.

    • If you set this incoming call rule, the behavior after the missed incoming call for the following services will change as the following. (There are no changes to kintone, Zapier, and email notifications.) 
      • Salesforce: The Salesforce user name linked to the user set in the incoming call rule will be registered as the assignee of the activity history.
      • HubSpot: The HubSpot user name linked to the user set in the incoming call rule will be registered as the assignee of the activity history.
      • Slack: The Slack user linked to the user set in the incoming call rule will be mentioned in the notification for missed calls.
      • Outgoing Webhook: INCOMING_CALL_USER will be added to call_type.
    • If you missed a phone call with this rule, the user name set in the rule will be displayed in the following columns of the call history's CSV.

  • For users to use the following features, you will now also need to set Monitoring privileges with permission to use MiiTel Phone.
  • You can now export the User list by CSV. For more details, please see Download user details.
  • You can now register the meeting minutes that were created from Video Analytics to Salesforce activity history.
  • Regarding MiiTel to determine if the Keywords were mentioned, from now on, only the keywords that have an exact match in the conversation will now be considered the keywords were mentioned. (These changes are only applied to customers in Japan.)

    E.g., If you registered the word "じょうし" for the keyword and if someone mentioned a similar word like "りょうし," MiiTel will decide by the following.

    Before: The word sounds similar, so MiiTel will determine that the keyword was spoken.

    After: These words are not an exact match, so MiiTel will not consider that the keyword was spoken.

  • On the dashboard's filtering conditions, you can now select all users in the conditions easily.

  • For Slack notifications, if you enable When the speech recognition is completed (meeting) and create meeting minutes, you can now receive Slack notifications after you create the minutes. Also, if you enable both When the speech recognition is completed (meeting) and Include the speech recognition results (summary), and create meeting minutes, you will receive a Slack notification only about the minutes (not the summary).
  • You can now change the sound you use for calls on hold. For more details, check Change hold music.

  • You can now check the emotion recognition on meeting histories.
  • We have added the {COMMENT} in the Merge field for the Salesforce activity history. If you use {{COMMENT}} for the Merge Field, MiiTel will register the comments you have registered on MiiTel Phone (by the end of the speech recognition) to the activity history. ({COMMENT} is scheduled to be available from March 23, 2023 (after the transition to the new system is completed). 
  • You can now check the histories of the email notification settings in the audit log
  • For the Slack notification rule, if you have set the notification trigger by checking When a new comment is registered, When a new comment is registered (meeting), and Include the user's mention, the user who will receive the mention will change as the following.

    Before: 

    • The user who answered or made the phone call
    • The user who hosted the meeting
    • The user who registered the comment

  • "MiiTel" will not be shown in the subject for the emails sent by the email notification.
  • You can now set MiiTel to play an audio file when you make a phone call, which lets you and the person receiving the phone call know that the call is being recorded. For more details, please check Play an audio file when you make a phone call.
  • You can now register the histories of automatic call forwarding to the Salesforce activity history. For more details, please check Values that will be registered to the activity history.
  • The portal ID (Hub ID) of the HubSpot account integrated with MiiTel is now displayed on the HubSpot integration screen.
