Announcement: We have changed the display period for the third-party integration error log

From December 15, 2022, we have made changes to the third-party integration error log as users will only be able to see the error logs for December 13, 2021, and after. (The error logs for December 12, 2021, and earlier will not be displayed.)
If you want to receive the error logs for December 12, 2021, and earlier, please contact Support.

Details of the changes

MiiTel Admin > Third Party Integration > Error Log

Before: Users can see the error logs for all periods. 

After: Users can see the error logs for December 13, 2021, and after.

Reason

To improve the performance of MiiTel services due to the changes in the third-party integration error log (users can check the sequence ID (ID for identifying the history) of the history in which the error occurred and can also click the ID to go to the history details) which was released on December 15, 2022.
