From January 12, 2023, we will change the registration timing for the HubSpot activity integration and remove the Registration timing setting from MiiTel Admin. From this date, all activities will be registered after the end of the call.

Customers who are setting the Registration timing as After the call begins for the HubSpot activity integration.
Details of the specification changes
Before: Users can set the registration timing of the activity, as shown in the image below.
After: The registration timing for all activities will be After the call ends. Users can edit or save HubSpot's activity during the phone call.
Reason
Before the specification changes: If users edit the activity during the phone call made by MiiTel Phone for HubSpot, the following differences will occur depending on the registration timing.
After the call begins: Users can edit the activity during the phone call.
After the call ends: Users can edit the activity until the end of the call, but it will be updated and the edits that the user made will be deleted on HubSpot after the end of the call.
With this update, users can edit the activity without the edits getting deleted after the phone call, and customers will experience better phone call activities with HubSpot.
