Announcement: We will be changing the specifications regarding the account lockout

Starting from January 11, 2023, if a customer with the same login ID for multiple company IDs fails to log in to MiiTel after multiple attempts, the customer's account will be locked for all company IDs.

Customers who are using the same login ID for multiple company IDs

Details of the specification changes

If the customer fails to log in after multiple attempts, the customer's account will be locked for all company IDs.

(If you wish to unlock the account, please unlock it with one of the company IDs.)
