This page explains about the settings of adding a call memo after the phone call is made by MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile.
You can set the following.

• Whether you would like the call memo screen to be displayed or not.
• Add multiple call memos or only one call memo.
• Add parent items or only child items.
• Set each user as Required or Optional to add a call memo, or prohibit users to add a call memo.

For example, you can set the call memo as Required in User settings, so the user will not forget to add a call memo after the phone call.

Call memo settings

1. Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
2. Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
3. Click Call Memo > Call memo settings (call).
4. Click Softphone settings.
5. After you set the following categories, click Save.

1Skip the call memo input screen: Display or hide the call memo registration screen. If you do not want to display it, check the box and click Save. (This setting is reflected in both MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile)

2Number of call memos to register: Set the number of call memos you can add.

• Multiple call memos: The user can add multiple call memos.
• Only one call memo: The user can add only one call memo.

3Call memo items to register: Set the call memo items (the items that are displayed on the call memo registration screen) you can add.

• Register all items: The parent items and child items will be displayed on the call memo registration screen.
• Not register parent items with child items: If there are child items, the parent item connected to those child items will not be displayed on the call memo registration screen. (If there are no child items, you can add the parent item.)

4User settings: You can set each user to make the call memo registration as Required, Not used, or Optional. (This setting is reflected in both MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile)

• Required: You must select at least one call memo item on the call memo registration screen to Save.
• Not used: The call memo registration screen will not be displayed.
• Optional: Even if you don't select the call memo item on the call memo registration screen, you can still Save.

What will happen to the call memo registration screen on MiiTel Phone for each setting

Common error messages for this setting

If any of the following applies in the table above, you will see an error message on MiiTel Phone.

• *1: If the User settings is set as Required, but you Save without selecting the call memo item: 
  "Please select the call memo."
• *2: If the Number of call memos to register is set as Only one call memo, but you Save after you selected multiple call memo items:
  "Please select only one call memo."
