Announcement: About the activity history when you integrate the MiiTel account to a Salesforce organization with "Person Accounts" enabled

From September 22, 2022, if you integrate the MiiTel account to a Salesforce organization with Person Accounts enabled and meet the following conditions, you can now enter a value in the Name field on the activity history record.

Conditions for entering a value in the "Name" field

  • You integrate the MiiTel account to a Salesforce organization with Person Accounts enabled on or after September 22, 2022.
  • You reintegrate the MiiTel account to a Salesforce organization with Person Accounts enabled on or after September 22, 2022.
  • For the following conditions, you won't be able to enter a value in the Name field on the activity history record as you will need to reintegrate with Salesforce again. For more details, please contact Support.
    • You integrate the MiiTel account to a Salesforce organization with Person Accounts enabled on or before September 21, 2022.
    • You integrate the MiiTel account to a Salesforce organization that does not have Person Accounts enabled on or before September 21, 2022, and you enabled the Person Accounts in the Salesforce organization on or after September 22, 2022.
