If you are using MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android on Android 13, you'll need to change the app notification settings to ON to receive calls on MiiTel Phone.

How to set and check the notification settings
- On your mobile phone, go to Settings.
- Tap Notifications > App settings.
- Tap All apps.
- Tap MiiTel.
- Check Notifications.
- If Notifications is OFF, please set it to ON.
